FNF But Hard

I changed FNF to be hard. Right now it is only Tutorial, Week 1, and Week 2.
Changed:
- Tutorial Keys Changed on Normal and Hard
- Week 1 Keys Changed on Hard for Player
- Week 2 Keys Changed on Hard for Player
Only the keys that you press in the song is changed. I am working on the sound currently.
